Pioneer Hotel Apartments Muscat, Muscat

I absolutely adored my stay at this hotel! The rooms were fabulous, very clean, and although the beds were a bit too hard for my liking, the overall experience was fantastic. The service was exceptional, with all Omani people we met being so helpful and accommodating, especially the two Filipino ladies at reception and during breakfast. The location was a lovely retreat that was quiet and relatively close to attractions like the old Muscat neighborhoods. The dining experience, although not perfect, was good and offered great value compared to other hotels in the area. The facilities were top-notch and added to the overall enjoyment of my stay.

My stay at the hotel was absolutely delightful! The rooms were very nice and clean, and the staff were lovely and very helpful. The spacious layout with a separate living room and fantastic views of the mountains made it one of the best room experiences I've had. The only downside was that the cleanliness fell slightly short of expectations.

The hotel is located a bit far from other hotels but is advantageous for visiting Muscat with a Western side access by car. The service is exceptional, with staff going out of their way to accommodate every request. The dining experience is fantastic with a funny touch, although it should be by order only. The rooms are spacious and clean but lack kitchen equipment, and the location is near the souks and the corniche making it convenient for exploring Muscat.

I loved the stylish and spacious rooms that were well-appointed, clean, and comfortable. The hotel is far from the airport and old town, but cheap taxis and a public bus to Ruwi bus station make it convenient. The service, although very pleasant and accommodating, had an odd issue with kitchen facility complaints that weren't addressed. The location is ideal for historical sites and beaches, but a bit far from malls and department stores. Dining was lacking with poor options and relatively high prices compared to other hotels. The facilities were decent, and the staff was excellent. However, ongoing construction nearby was a downside to an otherwise good stay.

I simply loved my stay at the hotel! The rooms were beautiful, with a grand feel to them, and equipped with large TVs and all the amenities I needed. The noise from the traffic echoing off the rocks was a bit bothersome, but the view of the mountains made up for it. The service was exceptionally helpful, always there when needed, making my experience delightful. The location, while not exactly as expected due to street parking, was perfect for quick access to historical sites and family shopping, exactly what I needed. The dining experience left much to be desired, with limited and sometimes cold options, but the hotel facilities were top-notch, offering everything needed for a comfortable stay.
